PlayBar is a UCCW pack of skins based from the recent PlayStore design. You could use these as a home screen replacement (screenshot 1), alternatively use them as part of something bigger (screenshot 2).

All of these have editable hotspots, to change a hotspot, make sure you disable them in UCCW first, then you can double tap on the skin and edit the hotspot. (then re-enable hotspots after).
The skins work at various sizes, so they can be customised to fit a range of styles.
